A vision of a style of play. The goal of a football philosophy is to articulate a vision of a style of play that is unique to the club — and to define the specific moves needed to bring that philosophy to life. Rooted in a clear understanding of competitive advantage, the football philosophy lays out a multiyear roadmap for how best to leverage advantage to establish winning teams and strong, sustained youth player creation by implementing a consistent approach throughout the club.
